2. Pricing and Taxes

All listed catalog prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Applicable GST rates (12% / 18%) are calculated during checkout or detailed in corporate proforma invoices.

3. Intellectual Property and Custom Designs

Clients warrant that any trademarks, company logos, or artwork provided for engraving and printing are owned or authorized by the client. Velmont retains design ownership of bespoke packaging configurations.

4. Governing Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
